(Dynaceron Servers) is a registered Delaware Corporation with a primary place of business located at 113 Barksdale Professional Center, Newark, Delaware 19711-3258, United States of America and a subsidiary branch located at #203 - 151 Wakesiah Ave, Nanaimo, British Columbia, V9R 3K1, Canada.

This Master Service Agreement shall constitute a binding contractual agreement between Dynaceron LLC. (Dynaceron Servers) a Delaware Corporation, hereinafter ("The Company") and the subscriber of services ("Customer"). The Master Service Agreement shall include the Terms of Service (TOS) and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Customer agrees to be bound to all agreements found herein. The TOS and AUP are subject to change with three (3) days notice to the parties described herein.

The following documents are provided for current customers. Unrelated third parties without contract privity shall receive no benefits from the contract terms listed herein.
